Returns Policy

Return Policy - We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee for our products for any reason. This comprehensive return policy gives our customers the opportunity to try teeth whitening products for 30 days so that we can assure complete customer satisfaction guarantee. The effectiveness of dental bleaching products can always be determined by each customer within 30 days of purchase. Please read and understand the return policy for Teeth Whitening products before using them. Please follow the below guidelines for product returns.

Return Authorization - All returns must be authorized by the returns department. Please notify us if you would like to return your product by sending an email to info@ProWhite.com. A return authorization code will be assigned to you and must be included with the returned product. Used products cannot be resold and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

ThermoForm (Boil-n-Bite) Whitening Systems - Your return must include all items delivered with your system including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), all bleaching trays delivered with your order (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization code printed on the package. If you are not satisfied with the results of your dental whitening system, please contact us to get your return authorization code. Any customer who does not return all bleaching trays delivered with the system is not eligible for a refund.

Dental Whitening Gel - Your return must include all items delivered with your system including syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization code.

ThermoForm (Boil-n-Bite) Bleaching Trays - We are not responsible for ThermoForm Trays that have been incorrectly molded and/or destroyed. Your return must include all ThermoForm Trays and a return authorization code.

Shipping - Upon receipt of your return authorization code, please return your order to the address given to you with your return authorization code. We suggest that you use a shipping company that utilizes delivery confirmation to assure that your package is delivered. Any refund for products will not include shipping charges to or from our customers or any customs duty / VAT fees since these charges are nonrefundable to us.

Import Duty / VAT / Customs Seizure - ProWhite is not responsible for any charges associated with importation taxes. ProWhite is not responsible for any product that has been confiscated by a country's customs department and not returned back to our company.  Please understand your country's tax policy and customs regulations prior to placing your order. 

Chargeback Policy - A customer should only file a dispute with a credit card issuer as a last resort.  Always contact our company first to resolve any issue associated with your order.  In the event that a customer files a dispute in error that results in a chargeback for a product that has been delivered, the product charge with applicable fees will be immediately applied to your payment method on file.  Always contact our company first in order to resolve any issues.
